Yes, same color that was carried over to the rest of the sixth gen line.

Why a cover over the supercharger? What else are they trying to cover? Seems like a heat trap to me...

The paint on this preview car is looking worn already. I can already see the spots that are going to be a problem... I wonder if 3M will have a protection package for this car?

I also JUST realized the gas fill is on the passenger side. Is that new for the 6th gen? That's going to be weird.

No... My 5th gen has it on the passenger side. Also it seems most cars since the mid 2000's have had the gas fill up on the passenger side.

Uh all the cars i've owned except the 2010 camaro had the gas on the driver side. The corvette, my trucks, and jeeps.. I find it odd they put it on the passenger side actually, but oh well. Most people don't realize if you look at the gas tank picture it has an arrow pointing to which side the gas filler is on. Not a big deal, but I do wish it was on the driver side just for convinence.

Looks great. It feels like yesterday when I was standing in front of the caged beast that sat on the platform. It looks wonderful in person and great in pictures. That thing is an angry machine that will never take no for an answer. Can't wait to drive one.

You know, I've been debating colors forever now and it has been a very fluid experience. This Red Hot has not been part of my choices but for some reason I'm almost thinking I should just settle on it, it really looks great.

My choices had been between:
Garnet Red
Nightfall Gray
Mosaic Black

I think I might replace garnet red with Red Hot and ponder those. It really is hard to narrow down!

Can someone confirm if the fenders are flared on the ZL1 over the standard SS? Just the back, front or both?

not sure what you are asking about...the "cover" is the top piece of the housing itself...

Yes, the front has been confirmed as wider. I have not heard anything about the rears. I know a guy running 325's under his SS and they look awesome so I am not sure the need for wider rear fenders.
