Misfiring After Checking Coils

So I've been having a slight misfire for a bit now and go around to trying to see if one of my coil packs was bad. After unplugging the tops from two of them I found which one it was right off the bat. However once I plugged them back in and turning my car back on the idle is REALLY rough and my dash is lit up light a christmas tree. The pins inside of the coils look fine so I'm not sure what else it could be. Any help that can be given would be much appreciated
