Should I be worried?

Was about to change my lid on my sc then I saw this Crack in that bolt hole. It doesn't look like that hole is used but not sure what would happen if it were to break off. Also noticing a lot of rtv up around it. I bought the car used so I am wondering if something bad happened here. It is still under warranty for a bit longer, would this be a warranty item or not a concern at all?

That doesn't look like a crack to me. It looks like some assembly adhesive that is giving you the illusion of a crack.

Try scraping a little off and/or stick a needle where you think the crack is and see if it goes in.

You're right...I'm an idiot. I jumped straight to panic mode. Thanks broski.
