Drone is probably the wrong noise, but the OP is probably hearing the Supercar 3 tires. They are pretty reasonable for the first 1000 miles or so but then they start getting noisy. When they are half worn the really make noise and its mostly at lower speeds (below 40 mph) which is fortunate.

Good to know! . I'll definitely keep a listen out as my tires get a bit more worn, to see if I hear them . Maybe that's why I haven't heard a droning noise as of yet, since my tires only have 830 miles on them???. At least in Florida you HOPEFULLY don't have to put your car away for the winter from about October-May-ish time frames..cause let me tell you, THAT SUCKS!
