Stuck in Tour Mode!

Hello!

I have a 2023 1SS with 1LE and recently upgraded the factory speakers (which were rental car speakers/low quality) with all new Alpine speakers, a JL Audio amp, and AXDSPX-GM30 DSP. (digital signal processor)

Now the Camaro is stuck in “Tour” Driving mode and I cannot cycle thru to the other driving modes (Sport is my preferred) nor can I turn off the Traction control button (so that I can peel out and do donuts)

I am hoping that this is an easy fix. The shop that installed the DSP thinks its something with that and an adjustment needs to be made or software change, but I wanted to check here also.

Please help!

If you go into the mode settings on the head unit (not using the switch) can you change it there?

Did they touch anything on your center console? Sounds like they may have unplugged those switches and forgot to plug them back in...

That’s if the head unit is responsive.

Thank you all for your replies.

I just went to the garage and tested the head unit and I was able to cycle thru the different modes (engine sound/steering/suspension). But on the dashboard the indicator was still stuck on the blue "Tour" indicator box. Additionally, the Traction Control Button (to turn off/disable) still did not work. Obviously I want to have that capability (for fun driving).

????

unplug your battery. Hard reset may fix it.

You shouldn’t be dealing with any of this. Take it down there and make them fix it.
