Strut Tower Brace
 

Hello,
Is this Strut Tower Brace - GM (84125309) compatible with a 2018 2.0 Turbo?
On some sites it is compatible, on others not.

I'd check out the one from ZZPerformance since they offer international shipping and almost all their Camaro products are based around the 2.0 turbo.

Some sites say it is compatible with the 2018 LT 2.0 Turbo and others do not!

It doesn't fit over the top of the 2.0T engine. Also, there is zero benefit adding a strut tower brace to these cars. Save your money.

I know the one from BMR does zero for my ZL1... but I still want it :)

I made a compatibility request on a specialized site, this is what they told me, true or false ?

It fits over the engine but it does block the oil dipstick. Eventually, I broke the handle off the dipstick because I had to bend it underneath the strut tower brace when checking the oil level. I noticed no difference when driving on the street but did not track the car with or without it.

You can have mine for free, but if your'e in Belgium like the icons says, it wouldn't be worth the shipping cost.

One thing to note. My engine did not come with the plastic cover, so I can't say for sure if you would have to remove it to fit, if your car has the plastic engine cover.

It's definitely a nice piece. I installed one on my ZL1 a few weeks ago.
