I have a question. I'm wanting to ass the flow tie to my Camaro SS, My plans are to leave it badged as an SS I would love to have the Flow Tie. A Chevy Dealer just called me after I ordered the Flowtie but said I needed a Vin of a Z/28. Is anyone willing to help a me out. I'll gladly pay for the deed. Pm me and let me know what your price is for the help.

I can't do that, something about it. I would rather pay a little extra and let a Z/28 owner pocket some cash over using a vin from a car still on the showroom floor.

what's the difference? I don't see the big deal. Make your own flowtie is easy. Check the link above. That VIN is from my local dealer.

Well, I'm pretty sure they bounce the VIN numbers with owners, and I'm not the type to do shady shit to get an emblem.

Speaking of egos, weren't you the one who called me a liar (unless I bribed someone) in the other thread when I stated I got the Z/28 wheels? As you can see, respect to each other goes a long way.

An important tip for you: you cannot use a vin # off a showroom car. It has to be sold, and they might call the number on order to check. If you have a friend with a Z/28, that would be the most straightforward way.

Regardless, I'm sure these restrictions will be removed once the production ends, if not earlier.

Also if you go back and read that thread I said I did not mean it the way it was read.At that time I had been having a hell of a time getting the parts on order, when you said you were getting them and or they were being shipped. So a little truth to your posts saying you were waiting to get them would have change they way I worded that reply. I also said sorry, but I guess you missed that.
