I had a huge issue with this when I first bought the car. Washed it, and parked it in the garage for over a week as I was away.

Tried pulling it out... and the brakes were so locked that even slight reverse couldn't break them off the rotors. I had to put some power into it and drag the front wheels about halfway out of the garage for them to break. Crazy.

Now, every time I wash the car, I go for a little drive just to dry them off.

Sometimes contaminated brake fluid(water) will expand and you will experience that optic.

If you're really worried about this happening to your car, check out:

Bilt Hamber Atom-Mac.

A product specifically designed for this, and used on a lot of auto lots. Spray it on after your wash / dry.
