A couple of mine fell out as well, must be my 1.4X 60' and your 1.3X 60'...I thought since I've beefed up the entire rear end I had no more weak links..
I wasn't paying $9 each for OEM replacements either...... got nuts, bolts, and
lock-washers for much less.
