Thanks for the info. We had this issue last time as well and will definitely get the info out to those doing the road track. Maybe I won't put those headers on my new Z before I get there now.

Please don't do this... there are plenty of rooms and you end up making them decrease our block size and folks end up paying more. We hope to get the entire hotel but with others booking now prices will only go up.

Same as above and they will be instructed not to change rates to add folks to our block. Those that wait will get the negotiated rates.

Dude, I really hate this but Beech Bend bent over backwards to get us in and moved some other events around.
They really enjoyed the Camaros last time and were super happy to have us back.
