Need help finding this clip for my bumper

Hey guys I've been looking everywhere for this U clip that GM uses for the bumper.. I went to my local parts place and they said I can just pick up any u clips from somewhere like harbor freight. After buying a box of u clips in different sizes .. none of them fit.. so I was wondering if anyone has the part number or somewhere online where I can buy it. Thank you
